I am Amber Nicole Dunnigan

I'm a photographer based in Fredericksburg, Virginia with a heart full of passion and a camera that goes everywhere with me.

I specialize in family portraits, couples, and weddings — and there is something truly magical about being trusted to capture the moments that matter most. The ones you'll look back on years from now and feel everything all over again.

Photography isn't my full-time job yet — but it's my full-time passion. One day I know it will be both, and every session I shoot brings me one step closer to that dream. I put everything I have into this work because I genuinely love it, and I think you can feel that in every photo.

What really changed everything for me was becoming a mom. My daughter is six months old, and watching her grow has reminded me just how fast the moments we treasure most can slip by. A smile, a tiny hand, a look between two people who love each other — blink and it's gone. That's why I do this. Not just to take photos, but to make sure the people I photograph never have to wonder what that moment felt like. They'll always be able to see it.

I'm based in King George, Virginia and serve the surrounding areas — Colonial Beach, Fredericksburg, Stafford, Spotsylvania, and beyond. But honestly? I would love to travel anywhere for the right session. Your special moments deserve to be captured wherever they happen, and I'll show up for them.
